Ferns have developed our own bespoke In–House Work Scheduling System “On–Site”, which allows us to monitor: live reporting from the site, job allocation, photos to audit, defect details, customer care, council close today flag, team whereabouts, site feed - back report and bespoke reports and allows us to plan, schedule and monitor all work.

What We Use it for

Our On Site bespoke systems allow us to manage notices on a daily basis, provide effective management of resources, record the arrival and departure time of teams and calculate the route between jobs, process web stored job photographs and allows us to access live detailed information, evidence of site specific risk assessment and the ability for supervisors to be more effective and efficient in the management of their teams.

There are numerous benefits that our clients enjoy from having the systems available in real time. Most importantly, the clients have direct access to the system and can view all aspects of the work being carried out.

We can provide a suite of photographs (on average around 40 per job) that shows, in stages, the work being completed by our highly trained teams to the correct specification and quality. All data and photographs are date and time stamped and GEO mapped, giving the Client complete transparency of the job.

We have operational coverage in London, the South East and East Anglia. We are able to mobilise for new contracts within a very short time period.

Systems & Data

Ferns Group has worked in close collaboration with Streetworks Software Limited (SWS) since 2017 developing the SwIMS product that optimises working practices and allows us to monitor all aspects of the job in real time.
