In order to raise awareness for World Mental Health Day, all our Mental Health First Aiders across the Ferns Group and Forefront Utilities depots stood proud to let our colleagues know that we are “Here to Talk To”.

This year’s theme set by the World Federation of Mental Health is about priortising mental health in the workplace. For a workplace to thrive we need to ensure that risks are identified, minimised and employees health and well-being is taken seriously.

So, on World Mental Health Day and beyond it, why not check in with your friends, family, peers, or colleagues? Let’s all come together to talk about mental health and show everyone that our mental health matters.serunt mollit anim id est laborum.
