    Job Summary

    Ferns Aggregates Ltd is a leading supplier in the aggregates and construction sector. We are currently seeking an experienced, committed and professionally motivated Articulated Sand Tanker Driver to join our reliable and hardworking logistics team delivering to depots across the South East.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate articulated sand tankers with donkey engines for delivery of aggregates.
    • Deliver sand to sites across the South East region in a timely and professional manner.
    • Carry out daily vehicle checks and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
    • Maintain accurate delivery records and liaise with logistics and site teams as required.
    • Uphold the company’s high standards for customer service and vehicle presentation.

    Requirements:

    • Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence.
    • 3 years experience operating articulated tankers – sand or bulk aggregate delivery preferred.
    • CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
    • Knowledge and experience operating articulated vehicles.
    • Strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a safety-first approach.

    Schedule:
    Monday – Friday
    Night work may sometimes be required.

    Occasional overtime and weekend work available.
