Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a proficient understanding of various Microsoft office software. Candidates will have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, conscientious and be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience within a similar administrative role.
Job Role
You will be responsible for undertaking commercial administration responsibilities within the existing team reporting to the Key Account Director & Commercial Account Managers. The role will include:
- Inputting of works information to ensure payment
- General administration of works information
- Data analysis
- Reviewing photos and auditing measures
- Assisting with the compilation of weekly applications for payment
- Carry out any other duties appropriate to this position
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Accurate and timely provision of information
- Understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
