    Job Description

    Canvins Group are looking for a Fencing Operative to join our team. We are looking for skilled Fencing Operatives to help deliver on various project works.

    Duties include:

    • Installing a wide range of fencing systems: timber, steel, mesh, close board etc.
    • Reading and working from site plans and measurements
    • Carrying out repairs, replacements, and groundwork associated with fencing.
    • Operating power tools, augers, and post drivers safely and effectively.
    • Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
    • Occasional support with minor grounds maintenance tasks if required.

    The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, well-presented individual with excellent customer care skills

    Requirements

    • A full Driving licence is essential
    • Experience within a similar role is essential
    • Proven experience in fencing installation is essential
    • CSCS card or equivalent qualification is preferred.

    Pay:

    £15 to £17.50 per hour depending on experience

    50 hours per week.

    You may be required to work away from home from time to time. In return we offer overtime pay and an overnight allowance when working away from home.
