    Job Overview
    We’re expanding our Grounds Maintenance team to help maintain parks, leisure centres, public spaces, and office car parks across Medway. You’ll work as part of a small team delivering high-standards of grounds care using professional equipment and modern maintenance methods. This is a long-term project with year-round work.

    Responsibilities

    • Grass cutting (ride-on & pedestrian mowers)
    • Strimming, edging and brush-cutting
    • Athletics line marking and track support
    • Hedge trimming, shrub pruning & weeding
    • Litter picking & site cleansing
    • Seasonal planting and general horticulture
    • Supporting tree teams (cross-cutting, chipper ops)
    • Supporting fencing teams (basic post & rail, stock fencing)

    What we’re looking for:

    Essential

    • Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
    • Full UK Driving licence
    • Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all weather
    • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

    Desirable

    • PA1/PA6
    • CAT & Genny
    • NPTC Chainsaw/Chipper
    • Basic fencing experience
    • First Aid.

    Hours

    47.5 per week (Mon-Fri, occasional weekends)
