Our Land & Vegetation company Canvins Ltd, are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our busy land and vegetation team based in our head office, based in Maidstone.
Job Role
The role will involve a variety of administrative tasks, ranging from managing our administration to booking accommodation and ordering stationary.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operative onboarding including right to work checks
- Training administration
- Checking purchase orders
- General office administrative and office facilities duties
- Expense administration
Person Specification :
- Essential to have experience in a similar administrative role
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of MS Office packages -Outlook, Word & Excel
- Confident and positive attitude
- Willing to learn and develop with the business
- self starter, comfortable working in a small team.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm
Full UK Driving licence and own transport required due to location
