    Job Summary
    We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and maintaining effective communication across departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong office experience and proficient computer skills to contribute to our Plant team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support Plant Manager with general admin duties
    • Raise on hires and off hires which includes external hired equipment.
    • Monitor rehire reports
    • Maintain plant records, such as servicing, inspections and LOLER
    • Booking service schedules for plant
    • Maintaining records of plant audits.
    • Responsible for day-to-day vehicle compliance administration.
    • Monitor and process Penalty Charge Notices. Challenge those that are not directly attributed to driver behaviour by liaising directly with project managers.
    • Keep a record of challenges and success rate.
    • Ensure that the relevant team is informed of all vehicles requiring to be taxed prior to the end of the month.
    • Update tax next due dates in Syrinx
    • Carry out a 10% check of the fleet, tax and MOT weekly. Report any non-compliance to the Transport Team.
    • Ensure that all vehicles are registered with dart charge and congestion charge. Monitor 10% weekly.
    • Monitor automated driver licence checks and ensure that only current employees are checked.

    Requirements

    • Proven office experience with strong organisational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), specifically Excel.
    • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy.
    • Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and manage multiple deadlines.
    • Good organisational skills with an eye for detail.
    • Experience with plant is not essential but would be advantageous.
