    We are looking for a confident, and experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our Accounts team based at our Head Office, on the outskirts of Maidstone. You will report directly to the Purchase Ledger Manager.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Day-to-day processing for our purchase ledger function.
    • Responsible for updating our purchase order systems.
    • Supplier reconciliations.
    • Liaising with suppliers.
    • Setting up payment runs.

    Skills and Experience

    • Experience in an extensive, high volume purchase ledger role or similar.
    • Experience working with Sage 200 would be advantageous.
    • Strong IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
    • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. 7

    You’ll have a friendly and well equipped working environment, surrounded by the Kent Countryside.

    Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience.

    Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
    Office Based
    28 days holiday – inclusive of bank holidays.
