    What you will be doing:

    We are looking for a Street Works Coordinator to come and join our Wrotham office to cover the day-to-day management of our Gas/Water Contract. This role is on-site.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Reviewing Section 74, FPN and Defect charges issued by the Highway Authorities – responding, mitigating, and actioning as needed, compiling data into master database. Identify persons and root causes of re-occurring fines and feed this back to Street Works Manager, Group Street Works Manager and to Sector Director.
    • Assist in gathering information relative to Monthly / Weekly KPI and SLA performance meetings – both internal and external.
    • Assist in arranging parking bay suspensions / TTROs / Bus stop suspensions etc as and where required.
    • Support the Administrators in their daily duties, answering escalated queries regarding traffic management, site safety, permit administration and charges.
    • Administration of all defect activities and escalations in partnership with internal colleagues and Clients.
    • Jeopardy management
    • Payment and invoice reconciliation.

    Working pattern:

    Please note the work pattern is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

    In addition to this on our Gas and Water Team:

    · Evening work 9-10pm Monday to Friday on a rota basis.

    · Bank holiday cover at 1.5 x hourly rate on a rota basis.

    · Weekend working with TOIL during weekdays on a rota basis.

    Could you be the one?

    · 2 year’s experience in a Street Works Administration focused role

    · Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite

    · Excellent customer service skills

    · An understanding of NRSWA legislation is essential, including permitting and traffic management
