    Job Summary
    Forefront Utilities are looking for an experienced Streetworks Performance & Scheduler Administrator to join our team supporting our Cadent contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong Street Manager & Permit experience who enjoys working closely with both operational and management teams to keep works compliant and running smoothly.

    Responsibilities

    • Managing permit submissions and conditions
    • Ensuring permits are opened and closed on time with site management and jet wash teams.
    • Managing 2-hour and 4-hour defects.
    • Handling Section 74s and Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs).
    • Supporting the Project Manager with permit applications including bus stops and parking bays.
    • Attending planning meetings with operations teams to ensure street works and operational programmes align.

    What we’re looking for:

    • Experience with Street Manager
    • Knowledge of street works regulations, S74s and FPNs
    • Strong organisation and communication skills
    • Ability to work closely with site teams and management.
