    What you will be doing:

    We are looking for a Temporary Street Works Administrator to join our Wrotham office to cover the day-to-day management of our Gas / Water contract. This role is on-site.

    The temporary position will be 12 months.

    Responsibilities include:

    · Importing works from client systems into Works Management Systems, with a focus on accurate information and correction where required

    · Submitting Permits in accordance with the Traffic Management Act

    · Entering permit work starts, stops and registration details across multiple contracts in a timely and accurate manner to tight deadlines

    · Reporting on works instructions received and distribution internally and externally

    · Administration of defective and interim reinstatements, including liaising with Depots, external partners, and Highway Authorities

    Working pattern:

    Please note the work pattern is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

    In addition to this on our Gas and Water Team:

    · Evening work 9-10pm Monday to Friday on a rota basis.

    · Bank holiday cover at 1.5 x hourly rate on a rota basis.

    · Weekend working with TOIL during weekdays on a rota basis.

    Could you be the one?

    · Previous experience in an administration focused role

    · Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite

    · Excellent customer service skills

    · An understanding of NRSWA legislation is preferrable
