    Canvins Group are expanding, and we are looking for qualified and highly motivated staff to join our growing Tree Management Division.

    Job Overview
    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Climber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess the necessary skills to maintain and enhance our landscapes.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform climbing tasks to access high areas for maintenance and pruning of trees and shrubs.
    • Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively.
    • Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order, reporting any issues promptly.
    • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols.

    Skills

    • Lead Climbers must have all relevant tickets including rigging, and be confident and efficient in all aspects of tree work.
    • 2nd Climbers and Trainee Climbers will have the chance to progress and master the trade.
    • Training provided.
    • Proficient in using both hand tools and power tools.
    • A passion for working outdoors and a commitment to maintaining high standards in landscaping.

    Our sites require drug testing and DBS checks.

    Pay:

    Lead Climbers: £18 – £22 per hour

    2nd Climber: £16 – £18 per hour

    Overtime, Weekend work, Call outs, Bonus scheme.

    Location:

    Based in Maidstone, Kent.

    Normal hours 6am-4pm.
