Hydraulically Bound Mixtures offer superior performance v Primary Aggregates allowing the customer to reduce the layer thicknesses of the capping, sub base and asphalt layers. All recycled products are produced to WRAP Quality Protocol to meet the relevant specifications and standards and deliver consistency in the quality of the provision of all materials. The Recycling Facility operates under a Waste Management Permit issued by the Environment Agency to ensure complete compliance with the Waste Regulations.
All products are certified to industry standards & relevant grading certificates are supplied by request.
All products meet industry standards and specifications which include: WRAP Quality Protocol, Specification for Highways Works 500/600/800 series together with specifications for Road Openings in the Highways 2010 3rd Edition. All testing is carried out by a UKAS accredited laboratory and is available on request.

The Recycling Facility can offer a “One – Stop - Shop” solution for utility and construction companies that allows them to legally tip their waste and at the same time collect their requirements for recycled products. A fast one stop shop turnaround service is provided for contractors in the receipt and recycling of surplus ground materials from sites, together with the opportunity to collect a wide range of backfill materials.
For example: Fine Fill, Landscaping Materials, Recycled Crushed 1 and Concrete based backfill. The service allows reduced lorry movements with potential cost savings to customers while minimised vehicle movements reduces the customers’ carbon footprint and have the opportunity to divert 100% of their waste materials from landfill.
