    Job Description:

    We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our friendly team working with our Telecoms team based in our Wrotham Office.

    Previous commercial experience is not necessary as full training will be provided, however an administrative background is desirable.

    Job Role

    Responsibilities include:

    • Inputting of works information to ensure payment
    • General administration of works information
    • Basic data analysis
    • Reviewing photos and auditing measures
    • Assisting with the compilation of weekly applications for payment

    Key Requirements

    • Experience in an administrative role
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Confident and positive
    • Accurate and timely provision of information
    • Potential to train or experience to produce Data analysis and reports
    • Understanding of Microsoft office packages
    • Committed and enthusiastic

    Working Hours:

    Monday to Friday 08:00hrs to 17:00hrs

    This role is office based.
