What you will be doing:
We are looking for a Street Works Administrator to join our Wrotham office to cover the day-to-day management of our utilities contracts. This role is on-site.
Responsibilities include:
- Importing works from client systems into Works Management Systems, with a focus on accurate information and correction where required
- Submitting Permits in accordance with the Traffic Management Act
- Entering permit work starts, stops and registration details across multiple contracts in a timely and accurate manner to tight deadlines
- Reporting on works instructions received and distribution internally and externally
- Administration of defective and interim reinstatements, including liaising with Depots, external partners, and Highway Authorities
Working pattern:
Please note the work pattern is five days a week 8am to 5pm and this includes weekend and evening working on a rota basis, 2 weekends per month with TOIL.
In addition to this our team:
- Evening work 9-10pm Monday to Friday on a rota basis with additional compensation
- Bank holiday cover at 1.5 x hourly rate and TOIL
- Weekend working with TOIL during weekdays on a rota basis.
Could you be the one?
- Previous experience in an administration focused role
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent customer service skills
- An understanding of NRSWA legislation is preferrable but not required as full training is provided
