Job Description:

Ferns Group are a family run business with over 25 years’ experience as an established Utilities and Reinstatement company, specialising in Telecoms Civils, and tailored reinstatement services.

We’re in search of  versatile surfacing operatives to join our team on a secured term maintenance contract for KCC.

You’ll tackle a range of tasks, from operating rollers and paving machines to hand laying surfacing and smaller repairs like patching and road maintenance.

We’re looking for upbeat, proactive individuals to work on contracts throughout Kent

What you’ll need:

  • Prior surfacing or patching experience
  • CSCS card
  • NPORS/CPCS cards if operating plant
  • NRSWA ticket

Desirable:

  • HGV Class 2 Driving Licence or ability to drive 7.5 ton is desired.
