    Job Summary
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Transport Administrator to handle a variety of transport related administrative duties based at our Head Office in Romford, Essex.

    Please be aware that your own transport will be required due to the location of Head Office – RM4 1HL.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Carry out general office administration duties.
    • Schedule and book vehicles for inspections, MOTs, servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
    • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
    • Manage and process Parking Charge Notices (PCNs), including payments and appeals.
    • Maintain vehicle records, service schedules, and compliance documentation.
    • Update and maintain company databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
    • Monitor deadlines and ensure all transport-related administration is completed on time.
    • Set up and configure company mobile phones, laptops, and iPads for new and existing employees.
    • Maintain records of company IT assets and equipment.
    • Support management with additional administrative tasks as required.

    Skills & Experience

    • Previous administration, transport, or IT experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Good communication and customer service skills.
    • Comfortable working with technology and setting up mobile devices, laptops, and tablets.

    Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm
