    Job Description:

    We are seeking two Works Supervisors with experience in infrastructure gas projects to oversee and support our on-site teams in Norfolk. This role involves supervising the delivery of gas utility projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and to high standards. The ideal candidates will have prior experience working with Tier 1 contractors and SCO gas qualifications (ideally SCO19). For candidates without SCO19, training can be provided.

    Key Responsibilities:

    – Supervise site teams delivering infrastructure gas projects, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.

    – Monitor and manage daily operations, ensuring work is on schedule and aligns with project specifications.

    – Provide guidance to team members, coordinating tasks and resolving on-site issues.

    – Ensure compliance with gas safety regulations, including SCO requirements.

    – Report on project progress, site issues, and compliance to the Project Manager.

    – Promote a culture of safety, addressing potential hazards and implementing safe work practices.

    Qualifications:

    – Proven experience in gas utility project supervision, ideally within infrastructure projects.

    – Experience with Tier 1 contractors is essential.

    – SCO gas qualifications (SCO19 preferred) – training available for the right candidate.

    – Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    Requirements:

    – Full UK driving license and the ability to work at a fixed site location within the Norfolk area.

    – Relevant qualifications in construction, gas utilities, or related fields are advantageous.
