    Our Gas utility specialist Forefront Utilities are growing! We are looking for a Health and Safety Training Administrator to join our busy, friendly team based in Romford.

    Our H&S Training Administrator will play a key role in providing administrative support to our Safety team and the wider business, in order to ensure our team members have timely, accurate and quality training which is accurately recorded in order to keep our teams working safely and compliantly, giving our clients the confidence to continue our business relationships.    
    Key tasks and Deliverables include:
    Training Program Coordination:
    Organise and coordinate health and safety training programs for employees.

    Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
    Order and manage stock of PPE including safety boots, hats etc. ensuring the SHEQ Director is kept regularly updated on stock levels

    Training Material Preparation:
    Prepare internal training materials, presentations, and handouts for health and safety sessions.

    Training Records Management:
    Maintain accurate records of employee training attendance, completion, and certifications.

    Communication and Coordination:
    Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding training enquiries and requirements.

    Requirements:
    Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a health and safety or training environment, however, if you have a positive attitude and willingness to learn, we will be happy to provide you with training.

    Strong organisational and time management skills.

    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

    Proficiency in MS Office applications and quick to learn new systems

    Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
    environment.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
