    What you will be doing:

    You will be providing the company with an up to date, accurate listing of all essential accreditations required by role and provide assurance on accreditations gained. You will lead the assessment of accreditations for the Group including the following:

    • Identifying the key accreditations required for each existing and new contract, with a focus on the Telecoms sector, and liaise with the Contract Manager and our Recruitment team to ensure the correct personnel are engaged.
    • You will work with the Assessors and Training co-ordinators to ensure essential accreditations are maintained and records are up to date
    • Assisting the SHEQ Director to identify and audit quality training providers internally and externally
    • Performing regular internal audits of accreditations to maintain standards.
    • Providing Lead Assessment of telecoms accreditations (SMART awards etc.)
    • Creating and maintaining an accreditations matrix by contract
    • Identifying and engaging training and accreditations suppliers
    • Quality checking documents, communications, and portals for correct information
    • Be the main point of contact of the general accreditation inbox, answering and assisting with queries.
    • Attending meetings with the Management Team to review the accreditation matrix for each contract.
    • Creating and maintaining a Project Management Accreditation plan and budget tracker

    This role can be based in Maidenhead or Sevenoaks but will require travelling across the South East.

    What we’re looking for:

    • Experience working with large scale accreditations (800 plus people)
    • Relevant Assessor status for Telecoms accreditations
    • Usage of bespoke accreditation software
    • Previous experience managing budgets.
    • Knowledge of the accreditation process
    • Assessor Accreditation for SMART Awards
    • Knowledge of GDPR and best practice data management
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
    • Comfortable creating presentations
    • Calm under pressure
    • Resourceful
    • Good IT skills
    • Excellent time management
    • Organised
    • Fluent In English
