    We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our busy team based in Sussex. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Telecoms Sector. Coordination experience on Fibre Build will be an advantage.

    Job Purpose

    The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive project coordination for our teams, working with our prestigious Tier 1 client BT Openreach.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Report to the Contract Manager
    • Updating our works management system, Deponet to ensure compliance and works completion,
    • Carrying out job validation, Jeopardy Management and KCI messaging.
    • Facilitating effective communication among team member, ensuring that all project stakeholders are informed and aligned.
    • Tracking project timelines
    • Managing resource allocation,
    • To resolve any issues using your experience and knowledge, requesting support from the Contract Manager when required.

    Knowledge & Experience

    • Proven experience in project co-ordination, ideally within Telecoms Fibre Build projects
    • IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office package
    • Planning and programming experience
    • Excellent Communication skills, verbal and written

    Competitive salary in the range of £30-34,000 per annum depending on experience
